Trail Description
Lower Sproat begins with a mind numbing climb up to the first junction with Danimal's middle section. You continue to climb and descend upon a wicked section of grade a single-track with some great bridging and incredible views.
Once past the Beaver Pond and on Stonebridge Road (Pavement) you have a choice of Beaver Pass or Lower Danimal. Bon appetit!
Directions
Lower Sproat's entrance is at the top of cardiac hill on the left you will see a yellow gate go around it and follow the road till you see a single-track trail on your right follow that trail/road for the whole ride but once you hit a gravel road until you see a trail straight infront of you.

Now there are two routes up
Now there are two routes up to the descent one simple but long routen and a hard but short climb.
