XTerra National Championships coming to Whistler September 5,2010
The Off-Road triathlon classic comes to Whistler for the National Championships on Sunday, September 5th.
Some of the top international fields ever seen in Canada will compete for the coveted spots for the World's in Maui in October.
The course will feature some of the classic trails on Whistler's West-Side on a course that is still being lovingly put together by one of the owners of WBG, Grant Lamont.
Racers can expect a classic Whistler MTB course along with a trail run that features some incredibly tough climbs and some very tricky rooty sections.
The swim is tentatively set for Rainbow Park in Alta Lake with the finish being set-up at the beautiful Nita Lake Lodge.
There will be both an individual and team entries along with both a sprint and full distance event.
