2008 Season Ready to Roll

It’s been a long winter and it doesn’t feel like its ready to quit just yet. The snow pack is belligerently hanging on and receding very slowly in Whistler Valley. It’s hard to imagine summer, we’ve given up on spring, yet just 20 minutes up the road Pemberton has declared the riding season is on! Judging by the number of riders we encountered yesterday there are a lot of folks attune to the excellent conditions in Pemberton. The trails where dry and the weather perfect for an early season grunt on single track.

At Whistler Bike Guide Adventures we’ve taken delivery our 2008 Santa Cruz Blurs and Julianas and are getting ready to roll. The operational base is being spruced up and our guides are itching to ride, not that they’ve waited to get on their bikes. With the trails open for business in Pemberton and Squamish, Whistler Bike Guide will be kicking off the 2008 tour season with rides beginning in May. Half day and full day rides will be scheduled for Pemberton and full day rides in Squamish. Tours depart from Whistler or you can meet us in Squamish. Rides are priced from $149 per person for half day and $249 for full day. No need to bring your bike as we have brand spankin new Santa Cruz bikes put together by the pros at Tantalus Bike shop in Squamish. Tours include guide, bike, helmet, water & snack. The full day tours also include lunch.

Jump start your season with a ride with one of our local guides on the amazing trail networks in Pemberton & Squamish. Whistler won’t be far behind, we just need to kick old man winter in the back side.
